What is the Delivery Time?
The average is 14 working days after receipt of order. If you delay approving your design, it can slow down the process so try to make any corrections immediately. We may complete your order faster or slower, 14 is the average. Please allow time for shipping. Delays due to manufacturer back orders are not included in the 14 day average.
Do you have a RUSH order delivery?
We can deliver an order in 72 hours. An extra fee of up to 25% and Overnight freight charges may apply, so it is best to call us first. This is perfect for those last minute gifts or projects.

What embroidery is included in the price quoted for garment?
All garment prices INCLUDE left or right chest embroidery up to 6000 stitches in up to fifteen available colors. (you may have to meet a minimum quantity of garments). All cap prices INCLUDE a center cap embroidery up to 6000 stitches in up to fifteen available colors.
Additional charges for more than 6000 stitches may apply, so call us to be sure that the price you see is inclusive for your project.
How large will my company logo be on my garment or cap?
Our standard is a left chest position above any pocket if applicable. A maximum of 3 inches by and 2 ½ inches. (about the size of a business card). You can also place your logo on a sleeve or back of garment. Caps are generally on the center front.
We will require you to approve your logo in most cases before we will run your logo on a garment. Please call us if you are uncertain if your logo will be emailed.
Do I have to pay a set up charge if I already have a logo on a disk or film?
Unless it is an embroidery design, it will have to be "digitized" for embroidery. This involves pulling up the design and then laying the various layers of thread colors over the design. This tells the embroidery machine what colors to run and in what order to sew.
Can imageOne create a logo for my company?
Absolutely! You have to give us a few rough idea's and we will give you a couple of designs to choose from. The fee for this service is $75.00 for the first one hour of design work and $50.00 per hour for each hour thereafter.
What are the Extra up-charges for large sizes?
